I loved the movie Julie and Julia. I can't wait to get my hands on Julia Child's cookbooks. I really need to know how to make real chocolate mousse. I wonder if I can make Beef Borg. without alcohol? Any substitutions-hmmm.
John just bought me that movie! I really loved it too. Alot of times they say you can sub chicken or beef or even vegetable stock for the wine. I haven't attempted beef borg, but I have used the substitute on other things and it has turned out great. The only ones that would ever know the difference are those that have had the real thing. Good luck!
I loved the movie too! I went to her website and was utterly disappointed. I wouldn't recommend going there. Kind of ruined he movie for me. Her next book is about cheating on her spouse.
